Planning Approval for Housing Scheme
We are pleased to announce that our housing scheme in Orrell has recently received Planning Approval from Wigan Council. The Orrell Mount Gardens scheme includes 13 new townhouses and 4 new apartments in the converted former Council Offices. The scheme received unanimous support at Planning Committee.
